    Please let me know what can I substitute cake emulsifier? Where can I buy this product?

    • Hi May,
      I don’t use emulsifier often, so I don’t know what you can substitute it with. If you are residing in Singapore, you can purchase from supermarkets or baking stores like Phoon Huat or Gim Him Lee. On the shelves, it can be termed as cake emulsifier, ovalette or SP. Hope this helps.
