Wedding Cake Decoration


Baking is my passion. I have attained a “Certificate in Professional Baking“, “Certificate in Cake Decoration” and “Certificate in Wedding Cake Decoration” all from local culinary institutions.

I have the patience to understand and want to learn about the art & science of the ingredients in baking. I also love to experiment with different recipes. I am constantly looking out for new workshops to enhance and improve my skills.

I have started my own workshops on cake decoration and hopes to share my experience with people who likes to bake and decorate. Not only that, I found that as I share my experience, it further enhances my knowledge.

    I am from India and travel to Singapore every 2-3 months, expect my next trip to be in July/Aug. I am an avid baker. I love your swiss roll recipes. I wonder if you could do a separate class with me on swiss rolls when I visit next in Singapore. I will inform you at least 3-4 weeks beforehand. Thanks.
