The school holidays are here again! Here’s a good way to keep your child occupied – A Brownie workshop!

Together with your child, learn how to bake brownies, frost with chocolate ganache and toppings.

Course Details:

Course fee: $80 per pair of parent & child (below 12 years old)
[Strictly one adult & one child due to space constraint]

Date: 21 December 2009, MondayUnfrosted brownie *Cancelled*

Duration: 2 hours, 1300-1500hrs

Venue: Trainer’s residence @ Hougang Street 11

Class size: 3 pairs maximum

Course Programme:

Fully hands-on:

  1. Weighing ingredients

  2. Creaming & baking

  3. Frosting & toppings

What you’ll acquire:

  1. The process of baking.

  2. Basic frosting skills.

  3. Recipes.

Light refreshment will be served during the workshop.

Registration and Payment:

Register with Jane at thepalatable(a)gmail(dot)com by 15 December 2009. Please indicate which session you will be attending upon registration. Payment is made via internet transfers to POSB Savings account 017261398. Confirmation will be given once payment is received.

    One adult with two kids (6yrs and 8yrs old) can? One of them will be jealous.
